VULTUR
The grapes are harvested and selected rigorously by hand. Handmaking wine in small batches, using soft punch down and gravitational movements, allows us to give our wines firstclass treatment, always looking for excellence and without leaving any aspect at random. Most wine undergoes 30 days of maceration. The wine was aged for 18 to 24 months in French oak barrels before being bottled. Unfiltered.

TOROMIRO
We named Vultur’s Toromiro in honor of the only tree endemic to the island of Rapa Nui (Easter Island). This tree was declared extinct in the wild during the last century and is currently experiencing a re-introduction effort thanks to seeds harvested and saved by navigators and naturalists of the past.
